Figure 9. Continuing removal of the wire loom and tape. The loom comes off easy, but the tape is a pain to get off.

Figure 10. Hooked up the old harness to help see where to route the wires. Still undecided at this point where to mount the PCM in the jeep, so total length of the wires is still not decided upon. We are still waiting for the remainder of the wire ordered to arrive.

Figure 11. This is the wire loom cover we will be using. It is braided copper, which fits in perfectly with the theme of this build. The example shown here is 1/4 inch. We will be using 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch for the loom. Anything larger will not be needed until the main trunk going to the pcm connectors, and that will be covered with Powerbraid after it is off the engine itself. The ends of this copper braid will be covered with black heat-shrink.

Figure 12. This is a female Metri-Pack 150 terminal for 18ga wire. When preparing to crimp these together, make sure you slide your seal on first (the white thing off to the right on the wire), it sucks if you forget and have to either cut the terminal off or slide your seal down 5ft or more of wire. The pink wire being installed here is for a connection that is hot on Start-Run only.
